Flower Margarine Cookies

As much as I know margarine is fattening (although not so much compared to butter), I still love my mum's Flower Margarine Cookies. It tastes delicious with smooth texture. And yes, smells good too. The flower shape of each cookies makes it looks even beautiful. It always reminds me of sunflower, my mum's favourite flower. She said sunflower gives out a joy and happy mood, which I agree. ^.^

Mummy's Pineapple Tarts

Yes, like what the title told you, it's pineapple tarts for today. I just love pineapple tarts. Okay, I admit I love every cookies that my mum made. haha.. I helped my mum wrapping the pineapple tarts. It's not an easy job. If I'm not careful enough, the whole tart will mess up with pineapple jam oozing out from the dough.

I ate a few of the pineapple tarts just now. It taste so heavenly and makes me crave for some more. Bad bad.. I need to watch out on my weight now! Lol. o_O

Chocolate Chips Cookies

Our home little bakery produced some homemade chocolate chips cookies. We made them small-shape that they are of a bite size. They look so cute. As usual, the taste is superb. It was like, who can resist the temptation to have a bite out of the cookies? I knew I can't. haha.. Totally LOVE them. ^_^

Moon Cheese Cookies

My mum and I baked cheese cookies today. Cheese is AWESOME to begin at. It smells nice and even tastes good. I LOVE cheese but my body HATE it. haha.. I can't even resist the wonderful aroma coming from the oven. So I tried the cookies just now, and they taste delicious! ^_^ I smell like cheese right now lol.

My first cup cakes

After reading the title, some of you might think, what do you mean by that? Was it your first time eating cup cakes?..etc. haha.. Well, if it is true, then I'm sorry to say that you are wrong. The truth is I'd made some cup cakes today!! Guys, I made them on my own. seriously, I was so happy =) After all, it was my first time baking cup cakes and I never thought that I can succeed. haha.. I hope you guys can understand because it's not like I want to boast or anything, but I just want to share this happy news with you all. I hope you don't mind. hehe..

Some of you might ask, why the heck that recently I keep on baking things? Well, the answer is simple. I love baking, and I want to try something that is quite easy to bake but delicious at the same time. So I searched for the recipes online and I found  this site which is really good. Homemade doughnuts

I was busy making doughnuts at home yesterday. Of course, I made them with my mom. It seems impossible to make them on my own. Without her help, I think everything will end up in failure. haha.. Making doughnuts is actually quite simple. But it takes a longer time for the yeast to make the dough 'rise', mainly because we don't use any baking powder or soda or whatever chemical. I wouldn't suggest making these 'unchemicalised' doughnuts for those who are not patient enough to wait for the rising. Okay, now what I'm blabbering about? So just to let you see, how the doughnuts that we made look like...

As you can see, there are some in the ring shape. those are made by using the leftover dough due to insufficient sticks. Others were made by winding the dough on the sticks.

Cookies

Hey guys! lately, I was busy baking, baking and baking..together with my mum. We had spent our last few days to bake some cookies which are delicious of course, for the upcoming chinese new year. I was more than happy to bake them. For me, baking is so awesome. I love baking so so much. Let me name some of the cookies that we baked. Cheese cookies, green peas cookies, chocolate cornflakes cookies, chocolate chip cookies (I took a picture of them) and last but not least, pineapple tarts.
